The customers and management are great and caring. The work is fast-paced and the days go fast. The advancement is good if you push your self and have full availability.

HomeGoods was new in November of Because of this, it has taken some time for the managers to get everything completely organized in terms of how to run the store.
The people there are very nice and the managers try to celebrate each holiday and birthday to keep the morale up. High school workers were getting more hours and getting paid more than the college students and single moms working there. You leave with a lot of new skills, though: Time management, communication skills, merchandising, and working completely as a team. It's a rewarding job. Fun products and good people to work with.
The pay rate needs to be increased, great place to work with good people, great customer care, good opportunity to advance in the company, great family environment. Good company, not a fun job.
